“I cannot recommend Removery Bentleigh highly enough. The level of care and attention I receive at every appointment is exceptional. I have a large mandala back tattoo, and while the laser treatment itself is manageable, I find the hour afterwards quite painful and the week after tender. The team have always been incredibly attentive to this, regularly checking in to see how I was feeling after previous sessions and taking extra steps to make the experience as comfortable as possible. They ensure my back is iced for extra time before and after treatment, which makes a huge difference. Throughout each session, every section is carefully iced before being treated, and they always count down “1, 2, 3” before each laser pass so I know exactly what to expect. The pacing is perfect, there’s just enough time between each section to recover before continuing. They also let me know when we’re halfway through and when we’re almost finished, which really helps mentally. Even thoughtful touches like offering a lollipop when the metallic taste kicks in shows how much they genuinely care about their clients comfort. I’ve been to other Removery clinics before, but the team at Bentleigh truly stand out. Their kindness, compassion, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. “Just had my first removal session at Removery Bentleigh. It was brilliant. The staff are fantastic, super-friendly and explain everything in detail. The laser removal wasn't nearly as painful as I was expecting, and the sessions don't go for too long anyways. To be honest, I kind of enjoyed it (sick). Highly recommend if you've got any tatts that are no longer serving a purpose (or are just fugly).”

Process of it all is easily explained love the fact they have payment plan options as well e.g humm, after pay or direct debits from your own account very flexible. Also offer all in one payment package that u can pay off in instalments and go in as many times as it takes to get rid of your tattoo. Would highly recommend this place for tattoo removal to all.”
