After rescheduling, I showed up only to be told the appointment was never actually scheduled and that I would have to wait for the removal. The communication and scheduling have been extremely disappointing, and we still have yet to receive the services we paid for. At this point, I’m very unhappy with the company and feel stuck since they already have our money. Just be wary if you’re considering supporting this business. Make sure everything is properly scheduled and confirmed in writing before committing or making a payment.”
