“Makena in Walnut Creek is fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and has genuine concerned for client comfort. My experience has been great. I purchased the unlimited tattoo removal package to erase one of my youthful regrets and the removal process has gone smoothly. I started seeing progress very quickly. Appointments are every 2 months, so it’s about a two year process. Definitely worth it.”
“Location easy to find and have underground parking lot, the staff are very friendly and removal my eyebrows quickly with no any damage, only some of my eyebrows turned white but they are go back the normal color around 10 days. My right side brow tattoo almost off after the first time treatment , I got the second treatment today, hopefully it will be all done removal. Recommend”
“I would give less than one star if I could. Keeping the door locked and only opening it when they are ready for you feels very disrespectful to customers. I had an appointment and was left waiting outside in the heat. We pay a significant amount of money for these services, and I expected much better customer service and consideration. I honestly regret choosing this location for my treatments. What makes it even more frustrating is the sign saying that if it is significantly past your appointment time, you should text them. Why should the customer have to reach out after their scheduled appointment time has already passed, especially while being left outside behind a locked door? The staff should be aware of their appointment schedule and communicate with customers instead of making them wait outside.”
“Great first time laser tattoo removal experience! The staff were friendly, explained every step, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It ended up being much quicker and easier than I imagined! Excited for my next session!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to the entire staff at Removery Bay Area, especially Nurse Makena! I am so appreciative of the incredible service here. The team is always so sweet, welcoming, and understanding. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Removery to anyone looking for great care!”
“Mekena was awesome. Super laid back and informative. Shes had tattoos removed, so she knows what you’re going through. She gave an estimate of how long it would take, offered a stress ball, reminded me multiple times I could take a break if needed, and even does a little test at the beginning so you know how it’ll feel. I went into it thinking this would be the worst pain ever, but honestly it isn’t that bad. No need for the stress ball or breaks. She started with the black which stings the most, and after that, the color felt like nothing. If you can handle a tattoo, you can handle this. Wish I had started this sooner.”
“Joceline was very knowledgeable about tattoo removal. She went through the entire process of what to expect and answered all my questions. She was super professional and easy to talk to. Please ask for her if you have a tattoo you need removed!”
