“I’m very disappointed with my experience at this place. During my first tattoo removal session, I lay down on the treatment bed and realized I needed to take off my bracelet for the procedure. I placed it on my lap, and when I got up to leave, I completely forgot about it. As soon as I realized, I called to ask about it. The bracelet should have been left on the treatment bed, but unfortunately, I never got it back. I called three different times, asking for help finding it, and every time I was told that nothing had been found. This bracelet holds great sentimental value to me, and it is also quite expensive. I would never return to this place if I didn’t already have a payment agreement with them to complete my tattoo removal sessions. The truth is, every time I have to go back, I feel extremely upset and frustrated about what happened and how the situation was handled. It’s truly disappointing.”

“My tatoo got infected shortly after the second session. I was off work for 2 weeks. The doctor said I had a serious burn in my arm and the infection was quickly spreading through my arm turning it red and stiff. I cant get my money back, im forced to pay. I dont recommend this quicky clinic.”

“The redhead at the Pembroke Pines location was not friendly for my second session. She barely iced the tattoo area and used the highest frequency possible without any warning which I believe was intentional and the pain level was insane. After paying over $2500 I expect a level of service when I visit and drive an hour and a half to these appointments. I also asked for the next available appointment, she gave me a date but when I went to the front desk, that lady said there’s nothing available. Very unorganized and overall horrible experience. Can’t wait for this process to be OVER.”
