Such as today I was told that recently they upgraded their machine to work on tougher uncommon colors for tattoos. I appreciate how they let me know of the cool new update and how it will help with my process a lot more. And like always they make the process comfortable with taking precautions to care for your skin so that there are no problems with the treatments.”

“Extremely disappointed with Removery Tattoo in South Windsor. I paid for my entire tattoo removal treatment upfront, and after a year and a half, I am still dealing with constant scheduling issues for a VERY small tattoo. They have now canceled my appointments twice. Most recently, I waited from August until October for my appointment, only to receive a call TWO HOURS before my scheduled time telling me it was canceled. After already waiting months, they are now trying to reschedule when they have time. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a customer who has already paid the full cost of treatment. I understand that emergencies happen, but when a business cancels an appointment, I believe they should make an effort to accommodate that customer as soon as possible—not put them at the end of the line. At this point, these delays are unnecessarily extending a treatment that has already taken a year and a half. I paid in full expecting reliable service and reasonable continuity of care, and that has not been my experience. Based on my experience, I would think twice before paying for the entire package upfront. Once they already have your full payment, being repeatedly canceled and then asked to wait months for another appointment is incredibly frustrating. Very disappointed with the scheduling, communication, and the way this situation has been handled.”

“First, the business is not forthcoming about payment options. Yes, the website lists monthly payment plans and opportunities to pay per session. What the website fails to mention is that you must pay the full amount of the payment plan upfront. I have a quarter sleeve on my right arm that will cost $5,000 to remove under the unlimited plan. After discussing the price, they had me submit my credit info for potential payment plans through third parties. You cannot initiate treatment unless the balance is paid in full either out-of-pocket or through a loan that they just had you apply for under veiled pretenses. While annoying, fine, I can understand the business model. HOWEVER! My consultation where they took my money occurred on 9/15/2026. The first appointment was not until 10/20/2026, and that was then rescheduled to 11/5/2026. So, the company took my $5k without being able to render services for seven weeks. What is more perplexing, is that the clinic was completely empty when I went in for the initial evaluation. Everything points to this business being suspicious, which is concerning when you are offering up your skin to lasers under their care. I fear this may be a money-making scheme, but time will tell. For now, I just wanted others to know what to truly expect- spending a ton of money up front for questionable customer service and unreasonable wait times for scheduling.”

I booked an open 2:00 p.m. consultation appointment the same day, and the staff was kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain the tattoo-removal process in detail, showed me all of my treatment options, and provided several payment and financing choices. Everything was easy and straightforward, with absolutely no pressure. They were even able to adjust the schedule and fit me in for my first treatment session that same day, which I really appreciated. The facility was clean, comfortable, and relaxing as well.
