“I live the place and Betty is really an awesome person, from the beginning till end of the treatment. I didn’t feel any pain as she was able to manage the area forts prior the treatment. “Quick, cozy & welcoming. This location had tons of parking right in front and around it (metered but very close and convenient). The staff was kind and helpful and there is plenty of availability which I love. It’s also right in the midst of many cafes, bakery’s and restaurants which is cool.”
“One star because I can’t rate any lower. I purchased an unlimited tattoo removal package at a location just 10 minutes from my home. My first five sessions were great, but shortly before my next appointment, I received a text saying the shop was closed indefinitely—with at least another 10 sessions still needed. The alternatives offered were Queens or Long Island. I live in Westchester, so this means traveling 45 minutes to over an hour each way. They offered a $300 credit for the inconvenience. Although I initially declined to travel that far, I eventually agreed to go to Queens because I didn’t want to delay my progress. I arranged a sitter for my daughter and planned my morning around an 11 a.m. appointment. At 8:45 a.m. that same morning, I received another text canceling my appointment due to a “gap in provider service.” This is unacceptable. I have already compromised by agreeing to travel much farther for treatment I purchased close to home. Canceling with barely two hours’ notice, after I arranged childcare, shows a complete lack of consideration for my time. The initial treatments were good, but the reliability and handling of this situation have been extremely disappointing. I am furious and cannot recommend this business based on my experience.”

“Horrific experience, absolutely avoid Removery at all costs!!!! The staff is not hygienic or knowledgeable, and I get giant blisters raised almost a quarter inch off of the skin every time which inevitably burst and I’m sure will cause worse scarring than whatever was there to begin with. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. I will shout from the rooftops, if you are considering removing a tattoo a random five year old in a back alley is better than Removery”
