“I’ve been a client at two Removery locations. At my April 4th appointment in Philly, the tech accidentally lasered (2 test spots) a tattoo that was already covered up. Turns out they were still using my old chart from other location instead of my current treatment plan. When I called it out, the tech admitted it on the spot. This caused visible pigment loss on my coverup a tattoo I got. I filed a complaint with corporate. Their Medical Director reviewed it and said there was “no clinically significant fading.” Which is funny, because that basically means their laser did nothing, so which is it? And they offered $500 refund on a $2,000+ unlimited package, and if I take the money, I’m no longer allowed to be their client. The tattoos aren't even close to removed. The tech admitted the mistake. They have test spot records that prove it. And this is what they came back with.”

“Ughhhhh I love these people. The process is painful & it sucks, but that’s the price of mistakes. Other than that the overall experience is great. Beautiful clean environment. The staff are joyful and helpful. I’ve been with them since they were called Tataway, and I’ll be with they until my skin is naked again. Oh and the greatest part about their establishment, they are very professional & prompt. When you make an appointment you’re seen quickly and on time.”
