“I initially went in for only a consultation this morning, so I thought. After my consultation, I was able to proceed with having the microblading removal from my eyebrows. I went to the Short Pump location and I am so HAPPY that I did. These two ladies are extremely professional, sweet and very friendly. “I have only done a couple of treatments, but nothing has really changed with my tattoo so far. It is a very expensive service. It cost me almost $ 4000 to have a hand-size tattoo removed. During my last session, I asked if we could extend the area that we’re removing by just a little (literally about the size of a quarter, and it’s part of the same tattoo) but I was told that would cost extra. Kind of surprised me, but I just told them not to worry about it. I already spent almost $4000 and the spot that I was asking to extend would take maybe 10 extra seconds…maybe. But oh well. The Earliest you can do a session is every six weeks. My last session, they called to reschedule my time last minute. And today They called me to cancel it altogether. Starting to feel like this is going to be a very long process. The employees do seem nice, and the place is clean, but I’ll be honest: if I had this whole thing to do over, I would probably shop around at a couple of different places before Going With Removery right away.”

“Horrible customer service skills. "What time can you come in this day?" "What time this day?" How about you ask me which day works for me first. You know like every "medical" office ever. Also they dont use PFD patches which allow for multiple laser passes each session and quicker heal times. "We use a Pico laser." Whooptie doo! They want you in the a bunch of times so they can drive that overall price up. Do yourself a favor a find a PFD laser removal office. You'll thank yourself later.”
