“It pains me to write this because I've LOVED Jackie and this is not her fault. All the reviews about her are true and it's unfortunate that state laws pushed her out of this job. I am in the middle of an unlimited plan that I have at this point fully paid for. I showed up to my appointment only to find another client in the waiting room who said "she quit." Then my phone rings (at the time OF my appointment) and a customer service rep tells me my appointment has been cancelled. She's evasive about the why and won't confirm that the person quit, just that my appointment is cancelled. I'm then told I'm being put on a waitlist, presumably until they can hire someone who will actually show up? It will take time to train them so this is getting into services not rendered territory if I get stuck waiting months. I’d caution anyone new against starting up treatments until they can stabilize this location.”
