“The lady who does the procedure is lovely, but beware of constantly changing confirmation reminders. Message structure, timeframes and response requirements change from appointment to appointment making it confusing when you’re expected to confirm in time. And if you miss it, or they can’t do your appointment for whatever reason, you’ll just receive a cancellation message and you can’t get another appointment for months. I paid in full for complete removal but I would suggest paying per session so you can bail if you need to when the goalposts start to move. Their admin seems disorganised and ad-hoc. I wish I’d consulted with other places instead of basing my decision on location convenience.”

“For my last 3 sessions I’ve told the specialist that I’m not seeing any progress with my tattoo removal — it’s frustrating. To make things worse, they’ve just cancelled the appointment I had scheduled for tomorrow, and now it turns out they have no availability until September because they only have one specialist who performs the procedure. I called and they didn’t offer me any solution. My session lasts 5 minutes, because my tattoos are small, and the best option they could offer was for me to travel to the Gold Coast from Brisbane. It’s disrespectful, and this isn’t the first time they’ve done this to me.”
