“I’m having a large foot and ankle tattoo removed. I’ve so far been treated by 3 diff female technicians at the Bentleigh location and they’ve all been wonderful. It’s good they use ice packs to numb it before hand and during treatment some places don’t offer ice packs and I warn you DO NOT DO IT without the ice the pain is unbearable. My reasons for giving 3 stars is because their phone service is terrible. It’s very hard to get a hold of someone when you call, the appt re scheduling phone AI plays up and also there’s no aftercare advice lotion given you have to get your own.”
