Well despite being the only laser technician on site, she still ran on time and went above and beyond for me- but I felt really sorry for her You think management would get some help for her cause its a busy city clinic. “I bought an unlimited package last November. They have moved every single appointment of mine multiple times due to ‘staffing or laser technician issues’, I’ve had 3 sessions in 9 months, at this rate it’s going to take over 3 years for the tattoo to be removed. Company is run very poorly, you should think twice about selling unlimited packages if you cannot keep up with demand.”

I particularly want to recognise Taylah, who has been the technician looking after me throughout my treatments and has honestly been the highlight of my experience with the business. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind, and always makes me feel comfortable and well looked after during my appointments. What has impressed me even more is seeing just how much responsibility Taylah manages while maintaining such a high standard of service. On many occasions she has been managing the clinic on her own, working through back-to-back appointments and juggling everything required to keep things running smoothly. “DONT USE THIS COMPANY - I Visited the clinic 2 weeks ago and paid a deposit of $700 for a removal, booked the appointment for the week later. Within an hour of leaving the clinic I informed them I hadn’t had time to properly consider and felt pressured into paying the deposit and asked for a refund. I’ve now followed up 3 times via email and attempted calls but they continue to ignore me.”
