“I have been going to have an old tattoo removed. Because it's purple it is really hard to remove. I spoke to several tattoo removals & the didn't have the correct laser to do it. But removery could do it but it would take many sessions. A few more sessions & it will be gone.”

“Extremely disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm and arrived at approximately 2:10pm due to difficulty finding parking. Instead of being met with any understanding, I was immediately told by two staff members that I had “missed half my appointment” and was “15 minutes late,” neither of which was accurate. The staff members advised that they had two people waiting and that there was “no way” they could treat me, forcing me to reschedule. While I understand clinics need to manage their schedules, the way this was communicated was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. Considering the amount of money clients spend on tattoo removal treatments, I expected a far more professional and respectful approach. A 10-minute delay due to parking should not result in being treated like an inconvenience, especially as a paying customer. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very poor impression and has made me question whether I want to continue my treatments with this clinic.”
