“Outrageous prices. I have a small tattoo that is less than 4 inches (they measured it there and confirmed it falls into their small category) and they are charging over $300 for a singular removal session and a total of over $2000 for a package option. They stated it typically takes around 12 sessions for it to fade and they can only do treatments once every 6-8 weeks. So it will be well over a year and well over $1000 just to treat a SMALL tattoo. Side note: getting a free consultation becomes a full presentation about the company and “why them”. Have 45 minutes set aside, not 10-15.”

The whole process from the consultation to the actual treatments are so considerate and consistent. I look forward to my treatments bc the staff are so friendly and welcoming. As for how it feels, I think that depends on the individual and their specific case, but for me it was intense, quick, and tolerable. The doctor and technician were very good and had ways to prep me for the treatment that made the whole process go smoothly. “When I first went in for my consult the staff was great! Very informative and walked me through the entire process. That same day they did my first session! Since then they have rescheduled my appointment not once but now twice and they cannot provide a date as to when they can get me in next. They say they need a doctor to fire up the laser. This was the first reason they provided me. I mean I hope he is okay if your getting clients and one person is creating such a big back log. It sounds as if it might be time to invest in a 2nd doctor. I will update review as time goes and if things going forward are smooth.”
