“Dr. Thomas is awesome! She loves her job and tries to make the experience less painful by reminding you to breathe and talking you through the process. She’s also very quick which I enjoy. Don’t be late, as this could result in a reschedule or cancellation of your appointment. It’s happened to me which has taught me to be on time. Overall the pain sucks but it’s worth the time and money.”

“Great visit - enjoyed seeing staff. Slow progress, but progress none the less. This was my 11th appointment. I was originally getting removal of a half sleeve and one other large piece. I'm now thinking of finishing 100% removal and starting removal of an underarm piece. It hurts, not cheap, not fast - but it's a fun journey with the entire staff. Want some ink gone, removery at Hoover - 100% recommend.”

“10/10. Absolutely love this place! Went in for a consultation and they were able to squeeze me in same day for my first removal session. They thoroughly explained the removal process and aftercare procedure. Highly recommend the full package removal. Monthly payments are affordable considering I can go as many times as needed for two full sleeves.”

“Update! Since they have reopened and have a new doctor things have really turned around. Dr.Hester is wonderful! Let me first start out by saying that Nazetta is amazing..Ive seen her twice and I feel like she's part of my family. She really takes time to get to know you and truly wants the absolute BEST for her clients. After 2 treatments with her, I can see a huge difference. As far as the business itself, it has moved 3 times since I started my treatment and they have changed my appt day and time twice, but they get their money for the removal package every month, so Im sure they arent concerned at the inconvienence it is to me. If Nanzetta did house calls, Id never walk in that place again. She and Joe were the best thing about this place. So, if you're looking for a reliable place to go (that doesnt change builidngs every 6 months and doesnt change your appt the day before you're suppose to show up)dont go here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!”

“Extremely rude and unprofessional experience I came in for a scheduled consultation, but there was no one at the front desk. The man who operates the laser came out and told me that the consultation provider was sick and that my appointment had been rescheduled. When I checked my phone, I saw that the rescheduling text had been sent only about an hour before my appointment, so I had missed it. I completely understand that people get sick and unexpected situations happen. However, for such a last minute cancellation, I would have expected a phone call rather than only a text. I had cleared my schedule and canceled a meeting to be there. However, the cancellation was not even my main concern. While I was quietly looking through my text messages and trying to understand what had happened, the man became incredibly rude and confrontational. He repeatedly said, “What do you want me to do about it? She’s sick. They rescheduled you.” He then sarcastically asked whether I expected him to predict that she would get sick and notify me 24 hours in advance. I was shocked by the way he was speaking to me, especially because I had not been arguing, complaining, or blaming him. I was simply looking through the messages on my phone. Even if I had expressed disappointment about the late notice, it still would not have justified that behavior. When I looked up and asked, “Are you seriously talking to me this way?” he replied, “Yes, I am. What do you want me to do about it?” At that point, I got up to leave and told him not to worry about it. As I was walking out, he continued making comments about how people get sick and repeatedly asking what I expected him to do about it. I had very high hopes for this practice and was excited to finally begin a procedure I have wanted for a long time. Unfortunately, after being treated this way by the person who would have been operating the laser during my treatments, I no longer feel comfortable returning. The unexpected appointment cancellation was understandable. The unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and confrontational behavior was not.”
