“Very fast and efficient! Their customer service is really good and the process of the laser is fast so you don't have to be there long! Of course you still need multiple sessions based on your tattoo but its a quick laser and out! I will say the pain will vary per person and the area, and in my opinion feels like wet-fire lol. “I came in hopeful to get just the tail end of my eyebrows removed. I messaged beforehand and asked if I could send a picture beforehand but was told I needed to come in and reassured that they they could absolutely do thatI So, I had a consultation and was told I needed the whole eyebrow removed. That's unfortunately not what I was looking for. The girl was very nice checking me and asking me questions. It was a waste of time and feel they need to be upfront through text beforehand or know answers before having potential customers coming in and going through the whole process. Kinda disappointing.”
