“Nope nope nope … I had 4 people say don’t go here.They over charge you without you knowing.They charge your card random amounts that wasn’t explained to you.They stretch your appointment out really far so it takes forever to see results.Because of it you don’t see results in timely manner. It’s like they do a little removal at a time so you’ll spend more money than you have too.I personally know 4 people who got 2-3 sessions done.Then they ended up going to another laser treatment clinic.They got results by the first and second session.So they basically wasted time & money with these people.”

“This location never answers my calls. Ever. While this is not my home location, there are times I’m traveling and need to try and get booked. It’s like they purposefully ignore any calls they get. My friend goes here and has had awful customer service. I started treatment after her and have gotten double the treatments at my home location because they actually value their customers. This location purposefully sends people away, schedules out far in advance so you don’t see results and have to continue to come back over and over and over for whatever metrics they need to achieve, and when you go in they are just sitting on their phones. I wish there was another location around here because I like the company but not this store or its employees. Do not recommend.”

“Love coming here! I do drive from Greenwood during afternoon traffic, which is not fun. But, they are so awesome and wonderful if I get out of work sooner than later they sneak me in earlier. I appreciate that so much!! Definitely have a few more appointments but I am happy with what I am seeing so far!!”

“Very clean and friendly establishment. Very forthcoming and honest about pricing during the consultation. Minus two stars for very unhelpful financing options for people who do not qualify for outside financing. The mandatory 20% down for the in-house financing leaves average people astray if they have extensive removal needed who would otherwise successfully complete a removal journey without the unnecessary obstacle of such an unreasonable substantial down payment. Smaller sectioned tattoo removals don’t seem to make a worthwhile difference as far as down payment/ cost either. This marks twice I’ve traveled all the way from Bloomington Indiana to far north of Indianapolis just to drive back in the same boat as I was before. I can’t imagine there not being countless others who would be lining up to begin their removal journeys if changes were made to accommodate others like me who don’t shop at the Gucci store on the weekends.”

“wow! this experience was really wonderful. It was so easy it was so convenient they I don't know if they squeeze me in, but I felt like I was squeezed in which I know does not normally happen. The front desk lady was very nice and friendly with me. She wasn't rude at all the lady that did my consultation was also very pleasant easy to talk with made the process so easy. My technician was Also friendly and fast very informative. The process was so nice. I would definitely recommend this place”

“The people saying negative things about this place clearly don't get treated here. The staff is welcoming, not going to say the treatments are pain free but they are fast with proven results. 3 sessions and starting to see my tattoo fading. Highly recommend the Indianapolis Removery!”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I already paid $400 at my first session and was under the impression that my remaining sessions were included…. During my recent visi today , no one discussed any payment with me before the treatment. I was taken directly to the treatment room, and no one explained any additional charges before or after the session. About 10 minutes after I arrived home, I received a receipt by email showing that my card had been charged again without any permission from me or any discussion beforehand. My husband even went back to the office, and no one explained anything to him either. Clear communication and customer consent should always come before charging a client. I hope management improves transparency and communication to prevent this from happening to others….”

My tattoo is fading slowly, which is what I was told to expect. I am going to be a little sad when it's gone completely because I will miss seeing the lovely staff. Update. 3 years into the process. Staff is still lovely but golly this takes a long time.”
