“The staff was wonderful!! They explained the entire process and answered any questions I had. When we actually started the removal process my "technician" (im horrible with names). WAS AMAZING! She took her time explaining how it would be. She helped curate a plan for my removal and explained my next steps while also having amazing bed side manner and ensuring I was comfortable (as comfortable as can be.) Overall wonderful experience and caring team. "Cant wait to do more lol!" (Yay for the pain.)”

“I recommend if your going to this place and you live far away make sure they don’t cancel on you they did it to me for no reason, the same day that my appointment was I had an hour driven already an they canceled on me an hour before my appointment they are so irresponsible, I was so exited to try this place but I’m so disappointed, I drive an hour and i half for no reason, I don’t know how they have so much good reviews if they are so irresponsible.”

“I have not personally used this place but my wife does and I go with her to most of her appointments. The staff is always friendly, the environment is welcoming, and the inside is clean. They offer package deals for complete removal instead of paying per visit and this seems to be the best way to get it done from a financial standpoint. My wife says that it’s definitely painful, but after 6 sessions, the tattoo is starting to fade pretty good. I believe she was initially told approx 12 sessions for full removal. “I’ve been going to Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading in Jacksonville and I’m already seeing great results! The treatments are working well, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my tattoo fading. “I am only on my first appointment but the follow up has been amazing. My consultant was super informative (I believe it was Laura), patient, and went over further steps that I can make the experience the best (vitamin e oil!!). No extras were pushed on me, the science was broken down... Amazing experience. I feel fully comfortable having this sensitive procedure done at this office which set them apart from other consultations I received. UPDATE! One of my tattoos on my wrist is completely gone. Maybe 7-9 sessions. The other one that was darker is taking more time, but I did the "unlimited" sessions package so I go in as needed. Lu helped me today and she was amazing!! Since I am getting some hypopigmentation (can happen in the process), she made sure to block off those spots to prevent promoting it. I had the same thing with my other removal, and it's is no longer there. :)”
