“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have no idea how this place has 4.9 stars. It's fake don't believe it. I have been dealing with this company for over a year. I have a 2 inch by 2 inch tattoo I'm having removed and a year later it looks the same as it did the day I started. Why? Because they set the laser at the lowest possible setting so you have to have as many sessions as possible and charge you per session. They also call and cancel your appointments! They tell you to come in at 1:00 and have you waiting for 2 hours. Who has time for that?! Absolutely disrespectful narcissistic staff(and there's only 2 of them, receptionist and the laser guy) Our time is just as important as theirs. Absolutely a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!”
