Rachel was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the tattoo removal process, pricing, scheduling, and what to expect throughout my treatments. I'm having a quarter sleeve removed, so each session is fairly lengthy, but she always makes sure I'm comfortable from start to finish.
