I'm having a quarter sleeve removed, so each session is fairly lengthy, but she always makes sure I'm comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she truly knows what she's doing and genuinely wants the best outcome for her clients. One thing that really stood out to me was how much they genuinely listen and care. I had to reschedule one of my appointments because I still had some stubborn spray tan left. Patty explained that treating the area too soon could increase my risk of hyperpigmentation, and instead of just proceeding, she prioritized my skin's health and made sure we waited until it was safe. I really appreciated her honesty and the fact that she was looking out for me rather than just trying to get me through another appointment. I also asked if they could let me know if any earlier appointments became available, and both Rachel and Patty went above and beyond by personally calling me every time a cancellation opened up to see if I could make it. That level of attentiveness and customer care is rare these days and meant a lot to me. Patty also has such a warm, calming energy that makes every session much more comfortable. She's honest, compassionate, and always checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I'm doing okay. Overall, I'm so happy I chose Removery.
