“Waste of time! They blow up your phone trying to get you in for a free consultation then when you arrive with an APPOINTMENT, they tell you it’s going to be a longer wait than usual. Unprofessional, as soon as I walked in I had a weird vibe from one of the “removal specialists”… no maam. I’d give it 0 if I can such a waste of time.”

“I visited Removery a month ago. The facility is lovely, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. I spoke with Althea who is professional and encouraging. Althea showed me before & after photos of several women with similar coloring to me experiencing significant results after just one session. I was hesitant about the $400 price without any assurance of its success. I am 6 sessions into tattoo removal. Althea spoke to Removery's entire focus being on tattoo removal and their efficiency. I agreed to the session. The doctor is experienced as a doctor and new to the company. We did three passes of increasing intensity. The machines are indeed spicy - the most intense by far that I've experienced. There is quite a bit of sensation that continued to be felt for several days afterwards. It is considerable but tolerable. The results: minute to none. I dearly hoped there would be some result and was hoping for substantial results.”

That said, the doctor was very receptive to my concerns and took my pain seriously, which I appreciated. I was also told I’d be sent home with an ice pack and aloe/Vaseline, but that didn’t happen.”
