They explained the entire tattoo removal process, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before, during, and after each appointment. During my session, they always checked in to make sure I was doing okay and as comfortable as possible. They’re also flexible with scheduling, and their pricing and payment plans made everything so much more manageable. The office is very clean, and you can tell it’s very well run. One thing I loved was hearing them greet clients by name immediately. It really shows they take the time to build relationships with everyone. The consult was thorough and they made sure to explain every step of the removal process. After choosing a treatment plan that suited me, they asked if I would like to start the same day! I received treatment right after my consultation! The procedure only took about 20 minutes. Alex and Ashley were amazing throughout the entire visit! They are very good at what they do! “Recovery is 2 for 2. My first appointment was basic info, what tattoo(s) I wanted worked on. Did I want lightening or full removal, tattoo specific info, age of ink, prison ink(?) etc. After having procedures described, I was asked if I was still interested. Yes, asked for prices. Had the two tier prices Still interested. I would return after getting a medical waiver for a condition. I walked in with my waiver, said I was ready, read and signed usual docs, then walked in with the nurse for the first treatment. The nurse took a before photos. Asked if I needed anything before starting. I had a sip of water, was given eye protection, and the nurse started. It felt as though little pins were swiftly jabbed and removed. Today didn't take long. I had a post photo taken, was told the care and feeding process of the skin, especially no tanning. Before I left, I was given parting gifts. No, just a small bag with the care and feeding information, a small package of ointment to apply when necessary and a business card with my next appointment date. Very friendly staff, not pushy. I've got a ten week wait until the next visit. This gives skin time to heal and time for me to decide if I wanted to return. I'll be back.”

I am extremely fair-skinned, and after just one session, the results are insane.
