My Fiancé and I are both getting a few tattoos removed before our wedding and the total package pricing at Removery was a no brainer after the quote we got from competitors. We even got to squeeze in our first appointment same day! Kaylen, our RN, was also so welcoming and knowledgeable. He was incredibly efficient and accurate with removal. He explained the whole process so we were comfortable and he did it so fast! He was also hilarious which made the time go by faster! Super happy to be working with the Removery team in Brea.”

“LOL, worst experience before I even started!🤬 I made a tattoo removal appointment 2 weeks ago, only to be told the laser technician was absent. So I rescheduled! Today, I showed up for my appointment and the entire suite was CLOSED! 😅 Then I got a call saying the laser tech wasn’t coming in today either. Be professional or don’t waste people’s time and energy. Respecting clients’ schedules should be the bare minimum. So energy draining experience!!!”

“The process was smooth & the informational pre-conversation was informative & clear. Expectation regarding outcomes were clear also & booking was easy. If a machine went down they were very accommodating & provided a discount. My results were pretty amazing! The first pass took 90% of the ink . I was very satisfied with that result. I’m awaiting the results of this second pass. I recommend this if you want clear expectations & results.”

“I came all the way over here for 4pm appointment. The door was closed and employee wouldnt open the door. No sign on the door. No courtesy from the employee. I called customer service she said they called texted and emailed me the day before to notify me about their laser going down. I didnt get anything.”

“Kaylen is a gem! He is so kind, super efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. Even when the office was busy, he did a great job of making me feel comfortable while still getting through the appointment quickly. This location is a long drive for me but I’d be happy to come back for that experience again :) Location is easy to find and has ample parking. Highly recommend!”
“Hands down the best Removery in SoCal. Kaylen is my nurse and he's incredible. I have a large tattoo on my spine and he gets through the entire tattoo in under a minute. It's the fastest treatment I've experienced and I'm already seeing really great results. September at the front desk is always so sweet and makes the whole appointment a breeze. Quick, easy in and out every time. Highly recommend this location!”
