“When sales gets a hold of you at the consultation, they don’t emphasize or tell you how painful tattoo removal actually is. I wouldn’t have done it if I knew. If you have a tattoo that you can live with but don’t really like, just keep the tattoo. You’ll regret getting it removed more. Hurts easily 20x more than getting a tattoo. Mine is a large piece on my back and it’s absolute torture. I paid $4k for unlimited sessions. They say it takes 12 sessions. I just finished session 5 and they tell you “oh it will get easier” but it doesn’t, it gets worse, much worse. If I could get a refund and just be stuck with this faded tattoo, I would. It’s absolutely horrible. The people are nice tho and it’s clean. But the sales team was very misleading.”
