The space is very clean and they make the process very clear so you go into feeling confident. The treatment itself definitely hurts but it's over fairly quickly and you can take short breaks to deal with the pain. I just had my third session, Amber took care of me so well. The pain was really bad for me the second session and I was very nervous. She helped me through ever step of the way and gave me great advice on how to distract my brain through the pain! “These guys are great. Erasing a traumatic bad choice from my arm has been as painless as possible. Christian and Amber, as well as everyone else at the clinic are friendly, professional, and personable. My tattoo is as stubborn as the name I’m removing, but they are patient and reassuring. Slow and steady is the name of the game here. I love how they answer my questions medically without dumbing it down. “BEWARE!!! FAR from experts - more like barely trained Had been going here for a year and I am fully locked into my $5000 payment plan. Everything was fine the first six times I went in for my laser treatments. When I went in the most recent time, they had a brand new tech, which would be fine if she knew what she was doing, but she had no idea what she was doing. She refused to let me use the ice for very painful places, was very irritated I wanted to do the tattoos in a certain order to help with the pain factor. She even dropped the ice pack on the floor at one point because she clearly was extremely nervous and had not done this procedure previously. I’ve tried reaching out to the customer service and they just ignore you and don’t get back to you. They will ask you to write an essay, but never have any plan to resolve anything whatsoever. You’re fully locked into the payment plan, even if you stop going because they are very clearly NOT “the tattoo removal experts” they claim to be in their slogan If you wanna go to another location because you’re already locked into the payment plan it’s over an hour drive away so basically just do not get yourself into this payment plan. It’s a way better idea to just pay as you go and go somewhere else. I regret coming here far more than I regret the neck tattoos.”

“Great Customer service from the very first call & video consultation. Very thorough. I was shocked with the results after just 1 visit. The 2nd visit went well with extremely noticeable results. I would do 5 stars but I was not notified when the studio in Spokane I was booked at was closed without notice. I drove 3+ hrs on 2 different occasions because I was receiving the automated appointment reminders & confirmations on appointments. It is very hard to call & get through to an actual person at the studio. This is my only complaint. Was very frustrating. Now I am going to the Seattle location & it is great!”

“Went in for a consultation and was met by Christian and Rowan. Christian did my consultation and he was very welcoming and made sure to give me all the info I needed. I was even able to start my removal the same day! Rowan was the one to do my removal and she was just great. Super friendly, made me feel comfortable, and offered me breaks whenever I needed. Was nervous going into it but I’m glad I was met by these two because I feel so much better about my upcoming appts! Highly recommend this location :)”

Consultation process was informative and allows for client feedback, concerns, etc. All questions were answered thoroughly. I had the chance to run my first laser session with Ellie - they made sure to constantly check-in with me throughout the entire process to ensure I felt comfortable - they were also quick and precise with the laser work. Does it hurt? Yes.. haha! But you know what hurts more? Having that old piece on your body, constantly bugging you and making you wish it was either off, or lightened enough to get an amazing cover-up piece which you'll love for years to come - you got this! Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'm looking forward to my next 2 sessions - I highly recommend scheduling a consultation and working with their team 😁”
