“Zero stars. Christian, the guy giving the sales pitch lied about the expected levels of pain. My tattoo is very dense and on one of the most painful parts of the body and yet I was given no warning about the expected pain. I met with a physician after signing the contract and she also did not warn me that this is one of the most painful parts of the body to work on, and that my tattoo would also be particularly difficult to remove discomfort wise. I was told by Christian that it was the same pain level as laser hair removal, which was a bold face lie, and Christian later admitted in writing that he has never had laser hair removal so he doesn’t know how painful it is to use it as a comparison. I was also lied to about having access to a physician. My pain was so severe during my treatment, which I was pressured into getting on the spot without any pain medication or a safe person to drive me home.I went into shock on the car ride home and ended up having to call a nurse. When I called Removery telling them I had a very bad experience and I wanted to talk to the physician, they refused to let me talk to her. I called and emailed several more times and every time I was denied access to the physician to talk about going into shock after my Appointment. Having access to a physician was also part of the sales pitch. Christian gave me that also ended up being a lie. They charged Almost $700 for an appointment that I did not have informed consent for and put my life at risk. This place is not safe And they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money.”
