My appointment was at 11:45 I walked in at 11:45 tech had us both in lobby for about 8 minutes afterward which is no big deal to me BUT when we got to the back she said she could not take breaks in between any zaps because my appt that she took half off chilling behind the computer was only 15 mins”

“Had my consultation today! Amanda and Kayla were so nice and I’m excited to get started with them. Ive had removal sessions elsewhere and this seems like the best place for sure. I’ll update in the future after a few sessions😊 Update: today was my first session! The staff is so nice and welcoming. I’m happy I made the switch from Vanishing Point. The laser here hurt a tad more than there, but I don't leave with bloodied tattoos. Im grateful for their unlimited plan as well! “PLEASE READ: I stopped coming here a year ago even though I paid for the service fully. I have a partially removed tattoo that I will have to either live with or get removed somewhere else. I have a busy life and I usually had to alter my life in order to make my appointed time. One time I arrived 5 minutes late and was condescended by the heavy women who answers the phone. She said I would need to make a new appointment weeks out or wait there for an hour. She was overtly rude and had no sympathy for my situation. What is crazy is that in life we all show up 5 minutes late to appointments and the world still runs. Doctor appointments, etc. They take themselves way too seriously. It's a 30 second laser appointment and I'm supposed to wait an hour because I was 5 minutes late to my appointment? If I can make any single person decide against this place, it will have all been worth it. (Just get a tattoo place to go over your tattoo in white, it's cheaper and easier and without a condescending desk person)”
“Pain is bearable bc she preps well, the process is fast paced. Iv done two removals and well it’s not completely gone but I’ll write another review for when that will be I’m thinking two more like sessions one medium and a small one.”
“KAYLA!!!!!!!! literally the best thing to happen to this company. She is amazing. She cares, she’s empathetic and easy to talk to. The past few years of treatment have been a wonderful (less painful) experience because of her. I look forward to seeing her every time! It makes my two hour drive worth while just to see her!
