“I had a really great experience. The consultation was excellent and very informative, and the staff took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. First time using this particular type of laser, but I much prefer it to a heat based laser as I had previously experienced. Treatment went really well, and the after care instruction was ample. I appreciate the effort they made to reach out afterward to check in and see how everything was going with my recovery. Huge shout out to Eve - she was so pleasant to deal with, very friendly and she knows what she is doing. I am sure all the staff are amazing, but Eve really took the time to make sure I knew what was what, and I felt like she overall improved my experience - compared to other clinics I had been to before. “I have been going to have an old tattoo removed. Because it's purple it is really hard to remove. I spoke to several tattoo removals & the didn't have the correct laser to do it. But removery could do it but it would take many sessions. A few more sessions & it will be gone.”
