“I had a really good experience at Removery Pasadena! Wei was great and worked quickly, which made the treatment much easier and less painful for me. Corey was also super friendly and helpful. Both of them were very nice, patient, and always willing to help. The machine seems to work really well too! I’ve only had one treatment so far, and I can already see my tattoo starting to fade. “Two months ago, my appointment was canceled because their technician retired, but they didn't help me reschedule. Today was my first appointment at this location, and the nurse didn't introduce herself to me, and was curt. She also didn't laser the correct parts of my tattoos (some parts were missed while other parts were lasered when there wasn't ink there to begin with). It seems like she didn’t look back at my old photos to reference where the actual tattoo was. A little bit disappointed honestly.”

“Went in for a botched tattoo that had bled and had too much ink. They explained my options really well and were very honest about how many appointments it might take. We ended up on a plan that would clean up the bleeding and extra ink but likely keep the parts of the tattoo I wanted to keep. They were very clear that I might need a touch up after instead of lying and saying it would be perfect. Really did not feel like they tried to get more money out of me. Very trustworthy staff, clean setup, kind people, great experience.”
“I have been wanting to get my old microbladed eyebrows removed for years. I had them done in 2021 and I hated them. They never faded. They looked horrible and were aging me. My husband has been coming here for some tattoo removal. He’s had great results (and his tattoos are crazy deep). I finally pulled the trigger today and I’m so happy I did. I should have done this years ago. Their location is great. Easy parking. Check in was easy. We had a consultation where everything was explained to me. Price was fair. The technician doing my removal was pleasant and quick. It really didn’t hurt as much as I was anticipating it to. I was given post care information and ointment once we were done. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to finally get rid of their old microbladed eyebrows.”

But I will be honest; "At first I didn’t understand why I could only come in every 2 months and was frustrated seeing little fading after session, But the team took time to explain that it’s protocol for safety and proper healing. Now I get it - your body needs time to flush the ink. I appreciate that they prioritize patient well-being over quick results. It is now noticeably fading. Trust the process!"”

Made an appointment, Corey who did the consultation answered all of my questions. They had availability same day so I did it right away and was out within 30 min. Willy the tech who did my treatment explained everything and was thorough. I only really needed one session, before and after look great. Really happy with the results!”
