“I’ve had several negative experiences with this location. They frequently cancel or reschedule my appointments last minute. Previously, the nurse named Aby provided excellent service and was always efficient. Recently, they have a new nurse after Angie, and the experience has been very disappointing. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and arrived about 9 minutes late I walked in literally 10:10. The new nurse refused to accommodate my appointment, saying the next client was scheduled for 10:15, and told me I would have to wait until after 11:30 instead. I explained that I’ve had this treatment many times before, and each session usually takes less than 5 minutes, including scheduling the next appointment. Instead of simply completing the treatment, she spent several minutes arguing with me. I later contacted the corporate office, and they informed me that appointments generally have a 10minute grace period. In my opinion, the new nurse was inflexible, inefficient, and lacked good customer service despite claiming to be “professional.” I would recommend going to a different branch instead of the West Covina location.”

“Excellent consultation for Microblading Tattoo Removal with Mayra. She explained the treatment, tattoo removal process, and set me up with my first appointment. She was super attentive, friendly, and professional. My first appointment with Nurse Willy was fantastic! He is super professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The treatment itself is a little spicy, but Nurse Willy applied ice to the area to help minimize the discomfort. All in all, excellent experience!”
