“This was my second tattoo removal session, and unfortunately I’m not satisfied with the experience. During the treatment, part of a tattoo that I specifically did not want removed was accidentally treated. I’m also concerned about the results of this second session. Compared with my first treatment, I experienced almost no discomfort or noticeable reaction afterward, and the tattoo currently looks virtually the same. I understand tattoo removal takes multiple sessions, but combined with the accidental treatment of an area I wanted to keep, I’m disappointed with this visit and would like the business to address my concerns.”

“I am so happy that I came to Removery, they are amazing! I have been going for a year to get laser tattoo removal and I see so much of a difference. My tattoo was so dark and now after seven sessions it’s super light. I still need a few more sessions so it can be completely gone but we are getting there. The staff is very friendly and nice. The nurse is very careful when she’s doing the treatment and she works fast which is good because you finish the session quick. I absolutely recommend this place if you want to remove your tattoo.”

“I went there to remove the rest of my tattoos from a previous place that went out of business. My consultation from the receptionist sounded promising. She was very sweet, saw what I see that needed to be removed. The nurse who seemed like she was having a frustrating day decided not to zap some areas as she said it was scar tissue (it was raised tissue even before my first removal session with the other place). Then later after I looked at it in the mirror, I could still see the ink. I wish they would've had the nurse do the consultation to give me an accurate assessment that way I could get a second opinion instead of getting duped into thinking the removal was possible for the ink I see. So I paid $428 for a one time removal session for 2 different tattoos that lasted no more than 5 minutes without any numbing cream and for a partial removal from what I wanted removed. I could've brought my own ice and numbed myself in the waiting room. Removery Tattoo doesn't care about patient comfort (for what clients have to pay) if they can get the most out of the session. They will also defend their nurses who have no customer service skills either.”
