“I had my first appointment last week and I’m literally blown away. First I had my consultation with Stacey who is so funny and sweet and smart. She took pictures of all my tattoos and measured them. Then on the same day I got to actually start the process of removal. My tech was Jahnece. She also is extremely funny and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. They use a machine to blow cold air at the same time as the laser, which kind of distracts from the pain. I could not have had a better experience honestly, their location is very clean and they keep it super professional while also personable. I’m excited to go back for my next appointment, if anyone ever needs recommendations for tattoo removal I will tell them Removery.. immediately. Specifically wolf road in Albany. “I’ve had multiple laser tattoo removal sessions before, but this was the first time I felt like the provider truly paid attention to my skin instead of just following a preset plan. The RN who treated me took the time to watch how my skin was reacting in real-time. Instead of automatically increasing the laser settings like some places do, she actually adjusted the intensity based on my skin’s response. That level of awareness made a huge difference in both comfort and confidence. She also consistently used the cooling air throughout the treatment, which helped significantly with the pain and overall experience. It may sound small, but it showed she was focused on patient care, not just getting through the session. I left feeling like I was in knowledgeable, attentive hands. If you’re looking for someone who treats you like an individual and not just another appointment, I highly recommend her.”

“I walked in and immediately noticed the cold and uninviting design and feel of the space. The staff is rude, and upon consultation they attempted to sell me on extremely expensive packages far beyond what was necessary (I was in for two pieces, both the size of a penny, no color, no shading, linework only). What they charged me was egregious. While I cannot verify it, my strong suspicion is that, if you pay a la carte, they will do all they can to extend the amount of sessions required for removal. I've worked with a removal place in Kingston and am seeing far quicker results. (My suspicion comes from a direct comparison of results.) Regarding their "tattoo artists are free" policy: They will do their very best not to honor it. This I can say from personal experience. The website is misleading at best. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. For example, Ink Inc in Kingson is wonderful, costs less, and the person running their removal operation is himself a tattoo artist who can provide very realistic expectations that have been extremely accurate and money-saving. I hope this review will help others avoid being misled and overcharged.”
