“Disappointing and frankly rude experience with in-person customer service at this location. I signed up for a free estimate on their website and got an email inviting me to a “free consultation,” with this line: “We are here TU-SA when you are ready to come in and learn about your options.” No mention of needing to schedule an appointment, and no booking link. When I walked in, I was met with an oddly cold and patronizing attitude from the two staff at the counter — smiles that felt forced rather than genuine, like I’d done something wrong just by showing up. When I asked if I was supposed to have scheduled ahead (making an assumption based on how they received me), I was told, “Yes, people usually do.” I showed them the email that caused my confusion, and instead of an apology, the response was “I can see both sides” — putting the blame back on me rather than owning their own unclear communication. When I explained I just wanted information and wasn’t ready to start treatment that day (which is why, they said, most people scheduled appointments), I got a high-level sales pitch without genuine attention or effort to engage with my questions. Both staff members made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. A communication mix-up is understandable — the email itself is not the issue. What isn’t okay is staff responding to a hopeful new customer with condescension and defensiveness, making the customer feel at fault for a gap on the business’s end.”

He took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel informed and comfortable from the very beginning. Sarah did my first laser tattoo removal session and was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me, which really helped ease any nerves I had. She made the entire experience comfortable and made me feel well taken care of. “I want to lead with this, but I don't want it to be portrayed as a regular tactic anyone should use... Removery S. Congress is probably THE MOST FLEXIBLE agency I have ever been to for any treatment, ever! You will be hard pressed to find any business not only as flexible with schedule but with as courteous & welcoming demeanor each time you come in. I have been very fortunate. I am a single mother, so getting to and from places at the whim of the availability of babysitting can be a challenge. Removery S. Congress has been more than accommodating with my crazy schedule, never skipping or denying me service. The techs are all very friendly, my tattoo removal specialist actually remembers tidbit of conversation from previous appointments and treats each encounter like a returning customer.. not a stranger, and I'm in and out of there within minutes. To top it off, I have been getting NOTICEABLE comments from people who don't how that I'm having removal work done about the fading process. Things like "That looks really faded, are you getting it removed?" So, I take that as a compliment on the facility's behalf! Haha. Good Job, Removery SoCo! I can't wait to be showing a bare leg in my update review!”

It's hard for me to say goodbye to some of my more sentimental tattoos even though I ultimately need and want to. Side note: Someone else mentioned parking is tough and that is true. Sara did a great job of helping me through the first session- going slow, explaining the process, and making me as comfortable as possible during the laser. I can already see the scar slightly faded after the first round. Had some discomfort after the first treatment, but the next day could hardly feel anything. Will update this review once I’m finished removing the tattoo”
