“I want to lead with this, but I don't want it to be portrayed as a regular tactic anyone should use... Removery S. Congress is probably THE MOST FLEXIBLE agency I have ever been to for any treatment, ever! You will be hard pressed to find any business not only as flexible with schedule but with as courteous & welcoming demeanor each time you come in. I have been very fortunate. I am a single mother, so getting to and from places at the whim of the availability of babysitting can be a challenge. Removery S. Congress has been more than accommodating with my crazy schedule, never skipping or denying me service. The techs are all very friendly, my tattoo removal specialist actually remembers tidbit of conversation from previous appointments and treats each encounter like a returning customer.. not a stranger, and I'm in and out of there within minutes. To top it off, I have been getting NOTICEABLE comments from people who don't how that I'm having removal work done about the fading process. Things like "That looks really faded, are you getting it removed?" So, I take that as a compliment on the facility's behalf! Haha. Good Job, Removery SoCo! “if you’re thinking about tattoo removal-go with removery and do the unlimited package. the sooner you start the sooner it’s gone! so book an appt today for a consultation, but be ready to start the same day cos they’ll probably offer you a few hundred off the top of you do. these before/after photos are after my first session. i jad my second session today-i’ll update photos soon. the staff is friendly and warm. some of them are even getting removals as well -which j found comforting….”
“These folks are professional, informative and overall very welcoming. All of them: From the consult to the woman who actually did the session. I'm so happy with how the whole experience went! It's hard for me to say goodbye to some of my more sentimental tattoos even though I ultimately need and want to. The staff were all very compassionate and empathetic towards my situation, and they let me decide the pace of the appointment without pressure. I'm looking forward to having my skin back! Thank you!! Side note: Someone else mentioned parking is tough and that is true. “THE place for removal. I had bright colors so they are harder to remove...it took almost 5 years. I bought a package in the beginning based on their estimate and this saved me at least $1k. The clinic is great with scheduling, reducing pain and making sure medically that removal is successful and safe. They are great responding when you have questions and after the first 1 or 2 you will have questions.”
