“Horrible service, you can never get appointments. Always 1 or 2 months out, I was told by employees that if I ever missed an appointment, I could easily get squeezed in because my tattoo is so small and usually my session are like 5min, yet I missed my appointment today and they told me no that they were completely booked which I don’t believe based on all the reviews of them cancelling appointments. I am doing it for military service and I gotta say I completely do not recommend this place. Waste of money and time. I have gone to 3 sessions and I gotta say, I see no change. A total scam.”

“Yari has been my laser tech over the past several years and she’s been absolutely amazing. She’s been my laser tech for two treatment packages I’ve purchased for different tattoos, and she’s also been my laser tech for a couple one time purchase sessions for tattoos that I wanted to lighten up. My tattoos were such a mess that I felt embarrassed even having to explain to a someone what I wanted to fix, but Yari never made me feel that way. She listened to my requests and always did exactly what I wanted her to do on my sleeve. She’s so good at what she does and definitely made me love my sleeve again which has helped my mental health so much. I recommend her to anyone looking to get tattoos removed or faded.”

“Yari is AMAZING. I seriously couldn’t recommend her enough for tattoo removal. She always makes sure I’m as comfortable as possible and keeps my skin really well cooled throughout the entire session. Tattoo removal obviously isn’t painless, but with her I’m able to get through every session without needing to stop for breaks. She’s also so fun and easy to talk to, which makes the appointments go by so much faster. And I really appreciate how transparent everyone here is about the process. Definitely go in person for your consultation; they’re very honest about what they can and can’t remove and how long it may realistically take. I have a lot of tattoo work I’m removing, so I expect this to be a 2–3 year process. I’m already seeing noticeable fading after just one pass. Yari is the best, and I’m genuinely so happy I chose Removery for this process!”

“Called to explain why I had to miss my appointment and the woman told me I have to now pay a late fee of $50 because they changed their policy recently and I dont see where they sent me that update in my email or in text. She was rude to me over the phone after everything and hung up on me. Now I have to wait til September 2nd and pay a $50 late fee while given attitude and hung up on. I am not pleased with the customer service given. Not my fault my child had to see a doctor and I couldnt make it to my appointment and I did try to call them on the day of my appointment and nobody answered til the next day so I can tell them about my situation.”

“Just book that appointment!!! It was way less expensive than I thought, the atmosphere was 100/10, it was SO CLEAN, and they were funny!! After the consultation and I had my first appointment for zap off, I was in and out of the room in 5 minutes or less and they zapped off 6 of my tattoos. Faster then getting my eyebrow clean up lol😂”

“Update 2: I was away for awhile and had a little too long between treatments. Yari was as welcoming as ever and completed my treatment efficiently. She makes me feel as comfy as possible. Work in progress still! Update: Yari is still amazing as ever. She's caring and personable. She had a baby girl in the time she first treated me, and updates us on her every session (Happy Birthday to her next week as of this review!). I have been treated by Jess and other technicians, as well. They are all sweet and caring. Yari showed me a side by side of my tattoos before treatment and my most recent. I cannot believe the progress. I get nervous every session due to the pain, but Yari really helps ease any nerves as much as possible. The staff here is amazing! Brandin set us up quickly. Yari was kind, respectful, and thorough. They are so friendly and supportive. The plans are great, and the process is quick. Definitely recommend. As a note of honestly, this procedure is quicker, but much more painful than getting the actual tattoo.”
