“UPDATE BELOW!! My experience with this Removery in San Leandro is amazing. Dei is the nurse who treats my tattoo and she’s amazing every time. She makes it a safe and comfortable place and always asks if I’m doing alright. She’s also super friendly and great to be around. She’s amazing at what she does and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from her workplace. I commute from the Central Valley to here because I refuse to have anyone else treat my tattoo & it is well worth it to me because I fully trust my nurse. My tattoo is a complete half sleeve that wraps around my forearm. I’ve been coming here since March 2024 so soon I will be getting treatments for a full year. I’ll update my review accordingly. But so far, if you’re thinking about getting treatment to get rid of an unwanted tattoo, I say go for it! Dei is mostly always booked and busy, but she’s so great! UPDATE: I just had my last session at this location and the process has been long, but as good as can be. Surely this is no walk in the park, especially for a half sleeve. It isn't by choice, but today concluded my sessions at this location and I can honestly say that for the entire two years that I've been coming here, it has been nothing but a great experience. Dei has always been great and I will miss seeing her for my appointments for the remainder of my tattoo. I am moving out of state and will continue my tattoo removal journey at a different Removery location. You can see how dark my arm was at the beginning, and how much lighter it's gotten. This kind of thing requires a lot of patience.. so if you have something that looks as dark as mine did before, I'd go for the unlimited session package! Today marked my 11th session (I get half done and then 5 weeks later, I get the other half done to allow proper blood circulation) THANK YOU DEI & hayward teams- it's been a pleasure :)”
