Boston - Braintree

“I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Braintree location. I arrived approximately 10 minutes late for my appointment. Upon arrival, I waited while the staff member remained in the back area and did not assist me immediately. However, the time that I spent waiting was later counted as part of my lateness, and I was informed that I was considered 15 minutes late. This was both inaccurate and unfair. I also find the company’s scheduling policies unclear. The reminder messages sent to clients do not specify the maximum grace period for late arrivals. Customers are expected to comply with strict policies, yet these policies are not clearly disclosed when purchasing treatment packages. In addition, the company promotes tattoo removal services and sells treatment packages, but appointment availability appears to be very limited. The expectations and restrictions imposed on clients were not adequately explained during the sales process. Had I been fully informed of these policies and limitations before purchasing my package, I would not have chosen to proceed with the purchase. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that the company provide a fair resolution and clarification of its scheduling and customer service practices. Sincerely, Amanda Cruz”

“I have had such an incredible experience at Removery. Ellie is knowledgeable and personable. She is clear on expectations and is continuing to help me reach my goal. The progress we’ve made is amazing! Color especially takes time, but it’s possible! The team at removery is impressive, every person I’ve met has been so kind, accommodating, and so understanding especially about something that can be sensitive- such as tattoo regret. I brought my puppy (@bearminibull) and he was welcome to hang out in the reception area while I had my session. He got to meet Ellie and it was love at first sight. I am very grateful for the team at Removery and their hard work and attention to detail. Great place!”

She is my favorite so far & I hope everyone who comes to this location gets the chance to book with her for their sessions. She is such a sweetheart! Previous reviews I read saying otherwise about the girls surprised me because I've been treated so well by both the girl at the front desk & Beth Ann. Can't believe everything you read guys! Great location, my only gripe at the current moment is the parking situation can be tricky but just arrive earlier so you can plan for that.”
