“I switched over to Removery from a med spa with a few sessions left to go (paid in advance) and I'm so glad I didn't wait despite the sunk cost. Their laser technology is better and their technicians are more knowledgable, confident and efficient—I'm in and out in 15 mins for what would be considered an "XL area" (for two tattoos). The Grandview location has a parking garage right next door (not free but they offer validation), the office is clean, the staff is friendly and I've never had to wait longer than a couple minutes to be seen. Removery offers free service for tattoo artists and unlimited sessions for paid removal (until it's gone)—I don't know any other removal business offering that! I will continue to recommend them to friends and clients in need of tattoo removal service because they're the best in town! :)”

“Very nice and calm vibe. The receptionist is very welcoming and happy to help with any questions or concern! The doctors are very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process and he was very kind and kept checking on me making sure I was okay!! Only complaint I have is the scheduling is a bit of a mess. My appointment was a 12:15 didn’t get back there closer to 1pm. Seems they’re scheduling appointments to close together. Other than that I really love it and well recommend to anyone wanting to start their journey !”
