“i’ve been to multiple different locations around the states, this is by far the worst one i’ve ever been to. no one at the front desk to greet, took me in late with no communication of running behind. when i did get the tattoo removal done she applied the laser to the NON-TATTOOED skin and completely missed the tattooed part which was supposed to be lasered off.. completely burnt my face with the laser. i’m very seasoned on how the appointment should go having had about 3 years of sessions and have never experienced anyone so unprofessional and ignorant on how to do laser removals. when i called in about this experience i was told this was “normal” and they completely disregarded the core issue of having missed my tattoo and honed in on the “healing process being normal” and that someone would call back to “ease my mind”.. i need to know if this woman was or is licensed at all and if so how long she’s been doing it clearly being unfit especially for a sensitive area like MY FACE.”

“So I started removing old tattoos I got when I was pretty young in 2019 with UnInked when they were around, 10/10. Then my treatments were transferred over to Removery when they shut down and this place opened up. I never had a good experience, but didn't have other options anymore. I started removal on my back in 2023 and only had a couple sessions. Ended up not being able to do full removal as paid for since I could not get an appointment for MONTHS. So I ended up covering it up instead. Unable to get a refund or anything even though this place was always cancelling appointments. Tried calling for a long time to speak with someone but never got to in 2024 with my work schedule, but now finally got to speak to someone and they refuse. They're counting ALL appointments I had on my other tattoos started at the old place as appointments with them on my back piece saying I received all the treatments. Which I had not otherwise I would not have an entire new huge piece covering the old. Either that or they counted canceled appointments? That were never able to be rescheduled since they always cancelled them. Because I had 3 sessions MAX on my back. I got tired of having a weird looking kinda falling out ink piece in the center of my back. I would NEVER go here again and since have just covered the rest of my old pieces. The lady on the phone, Kinsley, insanely rude as well. Wow I have never written a negative review, but with how much this place charges and how poor their services are it feels necessary to.”

“I have been waiting years to get a few small in size (but way too big in meaning) tattoos removed from left hand (three of my fingers). The original tattoos were covered up and I knew going in that finger tattoos- let alone cover ups- don’t always come out the best; at the time I was quoted saying “anything is better than what is there now” but since they aren’t AWFUL tattoos- I just kept putting it off or telling myself I can live with them. Fast forward to now- my life is truly fantastic and beautiful- but every time I see my ring, middle, and index finger I am reminded of a chapter in my life I closed a long time ago and lately it has been driving me crazy. I finally made my consultation appointment for today (4/3/2026) and 2 hours after my appointment- I have had my first treatment and a payment plan that fits my life. I am still over the moon with how great the staff was, how simple the process was, and how efficient my nurse Rochelle was (Her and Kristen are a dream team!) I’m excited to start this journey and can’t praise Removery enough”

“Absolute scam. I've been going for 5 years and my tattoos are still clearly visible. They book out appointments 4-9 months in between sessions and also refuse service for many reasons. I will be disputing these charges with my bank for refusal of and failure to provide services.”

“Tech was responsive and willing to listen and adjust frequency to help get my removal to be more effective, without scarring. Finding that balance is important to me. Overall happy, and like the unlimited treatments until removal/undetectable ink. If you have a darker skin tone it can take more treatments. Anywhere else I would have had to purchase multiple packages.”
