“I scheduled a free consultation for a few regrettable tattoos and was welcomed warmly, by Tracy. I filled out some information and received a detailed description of what to expect. After agreeing to a treatment plan, customary financing is available; I received my first treatment, same day. I had some experience with tattoo removal a few years ago, so I was familiar. Let me say that if you were able to tolerate the pain associated with receiving a tattoo, then this will be as memorable! This is not pain free, it does sting (remember to breathe). Treatment room is well lit, and as expected, treatment chair, laser equipment, clean. Madison pre-iced area to numb for treatment. The laser treatment involves micro targeted precision. Treated areas were then iced again. Before and after photos are taken initially (at consultation), before treatment and immediately after treatment. All treatment is documented. After treatment is very similar to tattooing, petroleum jelly to keep skin moisturized/protected, no sun, drink plenty of water. There is some mild discomfort (area warm to touch, some swelling, which I can liken to a first sunburn of the season); but I was in less pain by the time I went to bed and completely pain free next morning. I know I have a few more sessions before results are noticeable but, at least I started. I can't recommend as it is as personal as opting to receive a tattoo (investment is very much similar to finding a trusted tattoo shop); if you are ready, please consider this place.”
