“Look into other locations, maybe even a different company. This place seemed really cool while I was actively paying them. I went for the plan where you can have as many sessions as needed for full removal, that’s THOUSANDS of dollars. Cool, worth it. Except now that my payment plan is fully paid off they’ve called me on multiple occasions, the week of, to let me know they are canceling my appointment, mind you they book out months in advance. This is an intense service so where I fully get needing to book out that far in advance, it shouldn’t fall on the guest when you over book, or book someone without a laser technician in house. This is unprofessional for a service costing more than $4000.”

“UPDATE (June 2026): I originally left a 5-star review because my consultation was excellent. Unfortunately, after more than a year of treatment, repeated scheduling cancellations have significantly changed my opinion of the experience. I originally had a very positive experience with this clinic. The consultation was informative, the staff was friendly, and I felt confident starting my tattoo removal treatments. However, after more than a year of treatment, I've become increasingly frustrated with the scheduling issues. During my consultation, I was told I would be receiving treatments every 6–8 weeks and that my tattoos would likely be gone within 8–12 sessions. While I understand that results vary from person to person, staying on the recommended treatment schedule is an important part of the process. Unfortunately, I have now had three appointments canceled by the clinic due to staffing shortages or staff emergencies. I completely understand that unexpected situations happen occasionally, but having it occur repeatedly has significantly delayed my progress. Most recently, my appointment on May 27 was canceled, and then the rescheduled appointment was canceled again the day before I was supposed to come in. Because the clinic is booked so far in advance, every cancellation pushes my treatment schedule back by at least a month. At this point, I am approximately three months behind schedule solely because of cancellations initiated by the clinic. What is especially frustrating is that there seems to be no effort to prioritize affected clients when these cancellations happen. Even when I was willing to drive to a different location for an earlier appointment, I encountered the same staffing issues. The staff members I have worked with have always been kind and professional, but the ongoing scheduling problems have made it difficult to feel confident in the treatment plan. If you are considering treatment here, I would strongly encourage you to ask about appointment availability and how canceled appointments are handled, as delays can have a significant impact on a process that already takes a long time.”

“I had my first visit with Removery today, and honestly, I already feel a sense of relief I didn’t expect. There are a few tattoos I got a couple of years ago that just don’t feel like me anymore, and for a long time they felt permanent in a heavy way. Walking in today changed that. The process was explained clearly, the staff were calm and reassuring, and it finally felt like I had a way forward. Tattoo removal isn’t instant—it’ll take about 1.5 to 2 years—but knowing there’s a plan makes such a difference. It’s not about rushing it, it’s about doing it properly and safely. What makes it even better is how flexible it is with my lifestyle. Removery has locations all over the U.S. and around the world, which means I can stay consistent with treatments even when I’m traveling a lot. That’s huge for me, because I didn’t want to start something I couldn’t realistically maintain. Now it actually feels doable. More than anything, I’m just excited to slowly feel more at home in my own skin again.”

“I just had my first appointment with Removery and I am so impressed by this location! It was super easy to schedule my consultation appointment online, and I was able to come in that very same day. I met with Crystal for my consultation and she was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. I was given a very reasonable price for their complete removal package and I wanted to get started immediately! I was then able to go straight into my first removal session which I was so grateful for. My first treatment was performed by April, and she was very quick and efficient. I really appreciated how she performs a test spot with the laser to show you exactly what to expect. The actual laser treatment was finished so quickly and the pain was much less than expected. I’m so excited to continue my tattoo removal journey with Removery, and I truly appreciate both Crystal and April for their fantastic service.”

“Highly recommend getting a tattoo removed here. They are very clear about the pricing and how the process works. The location is beautifully designed and always very clean. I have never had to wait- They are impeccably on time. It does take a while to remove a tattoo so you have to be patient. But if you’re going to do it, there’s no better place.”
