“I’ve been going to Removery since 2024, starting at the Austin location, so today was my first appointment at the Fort Worth location after moving back. Just as I expected, I was greeted with kindness the moment I walked through the door and taken back for my session almost immediately. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. After 11 sessions (with only 4 more to go), I can honestly say that every experience has been consistently positive. The staff has always been professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. If you’re looking for real results, quality care, and a team that treats you with kindness every step of the way, I highly recommend Removery.”

“They advertise its cheaper than other places. SIMPLY not true. Think about it downtown ft. Worth building rent there is higher than an acerage shop so hiw can yall charge less? Went in for free consultation went over prices small tattoo they want $325.00 for a six letter word that no longer than 2in by 1/4 in wide. Says it will take 6session so 6x325=$1,950. Theres absolutely no artistic value in this work. Nothing stressfull about it and the work can be done on a lunch break. Yet they want 1/4th of your paycheck in 15min. Like i said this location is prime example of corporate robbing. paying for the office the a/c the luxuries of whats in the office. Find another place 1star all the way around. Have u fill out paperwork when u get there shouldve sent a link to fill that out when i entered my cc# to hold my appointment time. Just contributed to a waste of time. Going over all these other peoples photos of what it looks like…who cares does it work? Ok then lets do it. This place is just a waste of time. If your rich and money isnt a thing then do it. I feel like this place preys on peoples mistakes much like a lawyer. Hell they charge more than a lawyer let that sink in”

“Estoy muy contenta hoy inicié mi primera sesión de láser para Remover varios tatuajes y la verdad que la experiencia fue increíble en mi primera sesión un tatuaje que ya era bastante viejo que tenia por mas de 20 y 25 años Se borró demasiado en la primera sesión y eso me hace sentir más segura y se que todos mis otros tatuajes serán bien trabajados por estas hermosas mujeres son muy amables y la verdad recomiendo mucho este lugar Estare dejando mis antes y despues al terninar mis sesiones para que se animen, y aún tengan más confianza y vengan a este lugar ;)”

I never received the call back. I would have came to this place for services since this place has high ratings but ill just take my business somewhere else. Horrible customer service”

Catie, during the consultation took her time to show me before and after pictures just like my case and gave me realistic expectations. I didn’t get her name, but the girl that did the procedure was really gentle and kind. She made me feel really comfortable. I look forward to my future appointments!!!”

“My husband and I came in not knowing what to expect. My dermatologist had told me that some of her patients had gone to Removery to get tattoos removed, so I thought let’s give it a try! Catie was AWESOME! She explained the whole process to us in detail and showed us before and after results as well. We came in knowing it would be pricey, but the payment plans that they provide help make payment manageable. We were able to get our first treatments the same day as well. I was nervous about the pain since I have a low threshold to pain. Catie sat in with me and talked to me through the whole treatment which only lasted 10 mins give or take. I thought it would feel like an eternity, but she distracted me enough that it was done in no time! They give you goodie bags with instructions and supplies for after care which helps! Not to mention we had our 5 year old daughter with us through the whole thing! She can be very inquisitive and Catie was very kind and patient with her as well, which can be difficult when trying to do your job I know!
