“Staff is fabulous and they actually managed to make what is normally an unpleasant experience, very pleasant and enjoyable. The laser part was all of 30 seconds for a small tattoo on my wrist. I bought the unlimited package since mine is both red and black ink which are difficult to remove. They set realistic expectations and showed a lot of before, and after photos for reference. Looking forward to having a blank canvas to do a new tattoo in the future!! I will try to remember and update my photo once I’m done with all my sessions. This is after a single treatment and I will need a minimum of seven.”

“I’ve had about half of my sessions now and can see the results. I’ve also had great customer service every time. Today, I got stuck in some bad traffic but was able to call ahead and let them know and they were flexible with getting me in within an hour of my original time slot. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is price. I do feel that the price is more than it could/should be. Generally my appointments take 5-10 minutes and are still over $150 per visit and that’s with a promo sale. It’s worth it to me but I do wish the price was more reasonable.”
