I had a tattoo artist amazed at how well the removal had gone and specifically gave my laser tech the shout out since the ink was almost completely unnoticeable. It’s painful and expensive, so just go get a coverup if you can. But if you can’t, come see Amber! I literally won’t book at any location with anyone else.”

During the appointment, pricing and financing details were not clearly explained to me, and I felt I was asked to sign paperwork without a thorough understanding of what I was agreeing to. Despite communicating that I was unable to proceed, the purchase process still continued. As a result, I ended up with approximately $3,000 in debt for a service I never received. I have contacted the business multiple times requesting a refund and trying to resolve the issue, but my requests have been denied. She explain to me well and information during both my free consultation/first session even was after hour and follow session if need. They make sure you understand treatment process and stages of healing to expectations and get best out come. They’re sure to send you home with everything you will need- a bag of goody with white petroleum ointment , squeaky ball (to help while you doing the treatment :) , lollipop and thank you card with aftercare. Price little high..! But they have high end machinery that I like.. I can’t wait for eyebrows tattoo removal to fade away. Hopefully results is good!!”

“The place is generally excellent, and I have always had positive experiences, but today was completely different. This was the first time I arrived 10 minutes late to an appointment, and I understand that unexpected issues can arise. Even so, being left waiting for more than an hour only to not be attended to in the end is unacceptable. At the very least, I could have been served immediately or the appointment rescheduled, instead of wasting so much of my time. I hope they can improve their service and organization, because it’s a place that truly deserves it, but this situation was very frustrating.”
