“The redhead at the Pembroke Pines location was not friendly for my second session. She barely iced the tattoo area and used the highest frequency possible without any warning which I believe was intentional and the pain level was insane. After paying over $2500 I expect a level of service when I visit and drive an hour and a half to these appointments. I also asked for the next available appointment, she gave me a date but when I went to the front desk, that lady said there’s nothing available. Very unorganized and overall horrible experience. Can’t wait for this process to be OVER.”

“What happened today was the final straw. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. Around 2:30 PM, I started calling to let them know I was running late due to traffic. I called multiple times, and no one answered. I finally got through when I was approximately 9 minutes away, which meant I would arrive at around 3:14 PM. The response I received was that they could not see me because they were “fully booked.” And this is where the explanation simply doesn’t make sense. I was not asking them to use time allocated to other clients. I was talking about MY appointment time. My sessions normally last about 45 minutes. If I was arriving 10 to 14 minutes late, there would still be approximately 30 to 35 minutes remaining within the time block that had already been reserved for me. I was not asking them to extend my appointment, delay other clients, or disrupt anyone else’s schedule. I was simply asking them to use the remaining time from an appointment that had already been assigned to me. What bothered me the most was not the cancellation itself. It was the attitude. From the very first time I walked into this location, the atmosphere has felt uncomfortable. There is no warm welcome. No smile. No “good morning” or “how are you?” Every visit feels like you’re interrupting people who don’t want to be there. It’s difficult to describe it any other way: both employees consistently give the impression that they dislike their jobs and view helping customers as a burden. They never show enthusiasm, never seem interested in assisting you, and never make even the smallest effort to create a pleasant experience. After spending years at the Midtown location, the contrast is shocking. At Midtown, you feel valued. They greet you warmly, look for solutions, and make you feel welcome. At the Pembroke Pines location, the experience is the complete opposite. The service feels cold, indifferent, and at times even hostile. In the end, the issue wasn’t missing a tattoo removal appointment. The issue was confirming, once again, that customer experience appears to be the lowest priority at this location. After being a Removery client for three years, I expected far more professionalism, far more empathy, and most importantly, far more appreciation for the people who keep the business running: the customers.”
