“0/10 My experience at Removery Miami-Midtown was extremely disappointing. Yumaris was, without question, one of the rudest associates I have ever encountered at any company. When we walked in, the first thing she said was, “Do you have an appointment?” She was sitting behind the desk on the phone with what sounded like another patient. We told her no and explained that we had simply stopped in to ask a few questions about the tattoo removal process. Her response was that “that’s what consultations are for” and that the consultant had someone ahead of us. She emphasized this with her body language and hand gestures toward another person sitting there, making it very clear that our presence and questions were an inconvenience. What I found especially unprofessional was that throughout this interaction, she never placed the person she was speaking with on the phone on hold. She was simultaneously speaking to us while apparently having another patient on the line. That lack of discretion and professionalism was appalling. I asked for her name and the store/location number. She gave me her name, Yumaris, but said she did not know the store number. I was even more disappointed to learn that Yumaris is actually one of the technicians who provides services at this location. If this is the level of hospitality and professionalism displayed before someone even becomes a client, I would not feel comfortable trusting her to perform a service on me. 0/10 for personality, customer service, hospitality, professionalism, integrity, and respect. I made Yumaris aware before leaving that I would be sharing my experience publicly and contacting Removery’s corporate office. A potential customer walking through the door with questions should never be made to feel like an inconvenience.”

“Beyond impressed by Removery. They are the EXPERTS in tattoo removal and have the best lasers. What really made my experience standout was Janet. She was so kind, personable, and talked me through my options. She also took the time to educate me on the entire process since it was my first time. I shopped around for the best place in Miami, and Removery does just tattoo removal and that's exactly what I want done, and done well. Thank you, Janet and team!”

“Unfortunately this location has poor work ethic. They don’t attend to the front desk and will ask you to leave and come back if they don’t see you come in. They randomly change your appointment and make it seem like they are doing you a favor. Worse they don’t anesthetize the area being treated and work with zero medical supervision. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.”

“I believe this place is a scam, and wants you to keep coming back. I had a 1cm x 1cm tattoo of an outline of a heart. After $750 and 3 sessions it has gone away significantly, but after 3 sessions for such a small tattoo I’d expect it to be gone after the second treatment. Went somewhere else and got it completely removed.”
