“I had a very disappointing experience with Removery Tattoo Removal and regret choosing them to remove two small line-work finger tattoos. The problems started during the consultation. The pricing process seemed disorganized, and after spending over 30 minutes reviewing information, I was quoted nearly $5,000 to remove two small finger tattoos, which I found extremely expensive. Unfortunately, the treatments themselves were just as disappointing. During my first session, the technician appeared disorganized, even dropping equipment and changing the laser settings during the treatment. Afterward, my hand developed severe blisters, significant swelling, and intense pain that lasted for more than a week. I couldn’t properly use my hand, which caused me to miss work and lose income. My second visit was no better. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by the front desk. During the treatment, I felt the cooling air wasn’t being used effectively, making the procedure extremely painful. The discomfort became so intense after the first finger that I actually offered to help hold the laser device so the technician could continue, and she agreed. I never expected to be assisting during a procedure I was paying premium prices for. After the third session, I decided I couldn’t continue. Despite the pain, recovery time, and missed work, I saw little to no improvement in my tattoos. I contacted Removery’s corporate office to explain my experience. After several days and speaking with multiple representatives, they agreed that a refund was appropriate. However, they only issued a partial refund, charging me $743 per session (a total of $2,229) despite the issues I experienced and the minimal results. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. Between the high cost, painful treatments, lack of noticeable results, and the way my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend Removery based on my experience.”
