The laser treatment truly does not hurt,,when they describe it as feeling like a rubber band snapping, that’s exactly accurate. “I completed my first tattoo removal session with them, and I want to be fair in this review because there are both positive and negative aspects to my experience. When it comes to explaining and selling the service, they are excellent. The consultation process was smooth, and I felt confident enough to move forward with treatment. I even opened a credit card and took out financing in order to proceed because I believed in the service they were offering. The actual treatment itself went well. I was originally told the healing process would take about six weeks, but my tattoo healed beautifully in only four weeks. My skin looks great, and I was genuinely happy with the results of my first session. However, the biggest issue has been customer service and scheduling after the sale. I was told I could receive treatment at either of their Las Vegas locations. Since they already treated one side of my neck, I wanted to schedule my next session at the other location. I called over a week ago, left my phone number, and requested a callback. I have now left multiple voicemails at both locations, and no one has returned my calls. This has been extremely frustrating, especially after committing financially through a loan and credit account. While they are very responsive during the sales process, the follow-up and customer support afterward have been disappointing. Scheduling should not be this difficult, especially for existing clients actively trying to continue their treatment plan. The treatment quality itself seems very good, but the communication and support side of the business seriously need improvement.”

Lynn explained everything in great detail and made sure I was aware of best case and worst case outcomes and every outcome in between.
