“Everyone is very pleasant at the tattoo removal facility. They make sure that you get your next appointment before you leave which is very helpful to me because I would forget to make one, lol They are very patient in the back room when doing the removal. Although it is painful on my inner lower arm, it’s better to try and bear through it rather than stopping and starting because It just prolongs the time. My tattoo is about 6 inches tall X 3 1/2 to 4 inches wide and it only takes a few minutes for each treatment. They do tattoo removal, not tattoo removal and other things, so they have all the proper equipment to get the best job done. I’m in southern Indiana so it takes quite a bit of time for me to get there, especially in the traffic, but it is well worth my drive to know that’s their specialty. Kimberly”

“It honestly hurts me to leave this review, but I don’t know how else to express my frustration… I would like to say that the folks who work there are always friendly, and my tattoo removal has been going well so far. My frustrations are with the company itself. I am getting a small tattoo removed. I’m into my second year of treatment. The first year was great. I was able to schedule all of my appointments in advance and I never missed one. Somewhere in the second year of treatment they told me I could not schedule in advance like I had been able to, due to others no showing. But now it is impossible to get in with them every six weeks… Which has forced me to go to Lexington to keep my tattoo removal on track. This travel eats 3 hours of my day, plus the added expense of gas. I’m disappointed that I can’t seem to get on schedule with them. Especially when my tattoo treatment, from the moment I walk into the door and out, only takes 5 minutes.”

“Went in for my consultation today. As I read through all the paper work, I would ask questions and I was given the answer without hesitation. Because if that I signed up for the removal, which isnt cheap, but I wanted the two tattoos on my wrist removed. Got my first procedure today. Jessica was very informative about everything she was going to do. The laser was a little painful, but if I can do it so can anyone else. I have a very low tolerance for pain. I feel that I had a very comforting experience. Made my next appointment.”

“At the beginning they were good at getting me in every month. I didn’t care much for seeing a different tech each time but now I’m only seeing one person full time. They are so busy now with only one tech and one laser they can’t get you in hardly now being so over filled. After I get done finishing my laser appointments I don’t plan to return back. People are nice but they are just over filled with appointments they don’t have enough lasers or techs to cover makes the process longer than it should take. They offer you to go to Lexington ky to get in sooner but I already drive over an hour as it is to go to st Mathew’s. I’m not driving double or triple the time for a short session.”

“I’m a Removery client. I’m currently removing a colorful tattoo. My hand is divided into four sections, and 04.17.2026 I had the fourth section treated first time with laser 755 nm. Before that, for almost a year, they treated it only with a 1064 nm laser, even light blue and pink colors they treated with laser for black almost whole year! I believe the laser didn't work correctly that day, or the 755 nm handpiece may got damaged or not functioning properly. On the other three sections of the tattoo, on the first session with laser 755, I saw frosting and felt pain during the treatment, and I also saw an immediate visible reaction and result after the session. However, 04.17.2026, on the fourth section, there was no reaction at all - no frosting and no even little pain at all. The laser specialist refused to increase the power. She said that sometimes it is normal not to see frosting. However, she could not explain why the other three sections showed a visible reaction, while today the fourth section showed none. She said she is following protocol and that she increases the power only by one step each session, and that my skin reaction does not matter for Removery. According to her, their protocol is the same for all clients and skin types, regardless of skin reaction or skin type. So I’m wondering: is it normal that the laser specialist did not increase the power when there was ABSOLUTELY NO skin reaction or frosting, even no at least a little pain? Also, could someone explain whether it’s possible that the laser or handpiece malfunctioned, given that the same settings were used on the other three sections and they showed a reaction, but the fourth section did not show any reaction at all? I’m disappointed that I chose Removery. They don’t have a personalized approach to the client, his skin type, skin reaction, ink reaction and so on. I paid over $9000 and I want to be treated properly..”

“Great service and I’ve got a few tattoos and they remove them and being a lazer it does sting but not as bad as I thought considering they are tattoos and you do feel pain getting them . But they are very detailed and they get them done. I highly recommend. 100% removed name from my finger . It’s worth it and not very painful quick and easy”
