She explained everything I needed to answer to have as much information about me that they would be need to proceed, Then I met Jessica, the RN who does the process.She was extremely professional and friendly. She explained everything that she would be doing step by step. It was a very quick procedure. I will go every 6 weeks. I am very confident in them and removing my tattoo. “It honestly hurts me to leave this review, but I don’t know how else to express my frustration… I would like to say that the folks who work there are always friendly, and my tattoo removal has been going well so far. My frustrations are with the company itself. I am getting a small tattoo removed. I’m into my second year of treatment. The first year was great. I was able to schedule all of my appointments in advance and I never missed one. Somewhere in the second year of treatment they told me I could not schedule in advance like I had been able to, due to others no showing. But now it is impossible to get in with them every six weeks… Which has forced me to go to Lexington to keep my tattoo removal on track. This travel eats 3 hours of my day, plus the added expense of gas. I’m disappointed that I can’t seem to get on schedule with them. Especially when my tattoo treatment, from the moment I walk into the door and out, only takes 5 minutes.”
“I purchased Removery's unlimited treatment package with the expectation that my treatment plan would be developed collaboratively and communicated clearly. I have has numerous issues that have proven otherwise since being a client here over the past two-ish years & would highly recommend you find another provider if you're looking for tattoo removal! Once they have your money, you're at their mercy unfortunately. During my most recent appointment, I arrived expecting to receive treatment and was only then informed that my case was previously submitted for review and that I was being placed on a break between treatments. At no point during my previous appointment was I consulted about this recommendation or notified that my appointment would likely not proceed as scheduled. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have avoided taking time out of my day to travel to the clinic for an appointment that ultimately did not occur. My concern is not that treatment intervals may need to change (that is a clinical judgment) but rather that such a significant decision was made and communicated only after I arrived. When I communicated my disappointment & frustration with how my situation was being handled Morgan was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have loved all of the techs up until her. This is one of the many issues I have encountered with this location. Combined with the sales pressure I experienced when purchasing the package and the REPEATED scheduling issues I've encountered, this has significantly diminished my confidence in the level of customer service I've received. Unfortunately I was coerced into purchasing the unlimited package treatment so am stuck here!”

“Everyone is very pleasant at the tattoo removal facility. They make sure that you get your next appointment before you leave which is very helpful to me because I would forget to make one, lol They are very patient in the back room when doing the removal. Although it is painful on my inner lower arm, it’s better to try and bear through it rather than stopping and starting because It just prolongs the time. My tattoo is about 6 inches tall X 3 1/2 to 4 inches wide and it only takes a few minutes for each treatment. They do tattoo removal, not tattoo removal and other things, so they have all the proper equipment to get the best job done. I’m in southern Indiana so it takes quite a bit of time for me to get there, especially in the traffic, but it is well worth my drive to know that’s their specialty. Kimberly”
“Went in for my consultation today. As I read through all the paper work, I would ask questions and I was given the answer without hesitation. Because if that I signed up for the removal, which isnt cheap, but I wanted the two tattoos on my wrist removed. Got my first procedure today. Jessica was very informative about everything she was going to do. The laser was a little painful, but if I can do it so can anyone else. I have a very low tolerance for pain. I feel that I had a very comforting experience. Made my next appointment.”

Getting tattoo removal can be scary & overwhelming but from the moment I walked in Ginger & Morgan were so warm, inviting, and patient. They answered every question and I never felt rushed! Ginger helped me set up the perfect removal plan and payment plan that helped me feel confident and excited for this new journey. Even when an issue came up with my payment plan Ginger found a way to ensure I was set up for success! Morgan is so reassuring, gentle, and patient during the entire process/appointment which I really appreciate because again this is a scary and uncomfortable procedure but I felt so comfortable and relaxed with Morgan. I have had tattoo removal done at another business before and after switching to Removery it has made a world of a difference from the experience to reducing the pain.
