“I was really nervous to come in, but I am glad I did. I had a consultation, and she was very kind and understanding. It's easy to fear judgement or shame when accepting this type of regret, but that was eased very quickly by her. I have my first session in about 2 weeks, and I am very hopeful about the journey. So glad my sessions are almost done UPDATE: So I go back for my appointment on 5/29 and the same lady is there, hella chipper when I walk in, calling me by my name, and then confronts me about my review. Are you serious? She apologized for my past experiences being poor. I told her my PAST experiences were not poor. She asked how she could make my experiences better, girl…. You read the review. It was your attitude that was the issue. So are you wanting me to tell you about yourself? I told her I just wanted to get through my appointment. When I was done I told her, her attitude was ick yesterday, cause I surely wasn’t met with the chipper greeting I was met with today. Which surely wasn’t genuine. I’m not asking for much other than a warm welcome. Just like I provide folks coming into the space I work in. Took everything in me to not pop off. Sat in traffic for 40 min to get to this session, dealing with a high volume of people/calls and a million different personalities all day at work, to walk in and be met with MN NICE. Now I’m dreading every appointment moving forward. The woman who hit me with the laser… always a sweet heart.”
