“Found this location after doing some google research. Absolutely enjoy the ladies who work here, the environment and energy. They explained the process well and payment options. I recently had my second session and am starting to see a little progress. It is not an overnight thing so as long as you go into the removal understanding that as an expectation you’ll be ok. “Their new policy is actually insane. $50 if you cancel within 24 hours?? When people already pay so much for laser removal?? I can see maybe $25. Also you get one courtesy cancel where they won’t charge you. Which is actually unfair because some people need 5 treatments while others need 15+. They should really do a rolling calendar type thing. And before you think I’m complaining because i constantly cancel or no show, I’ve never canceled or no showed my appointments”

“I called to see if they happen to provide estimates via email since I live about an hour away. I completely understand that many businesses prefer to do estimates in person—I was just asking. Megan answered and told me they do everything in person, which was fine. However, before I could say anything else, she continued explaining that I would probably need multiple sessions (which I’m already aware of) and that it wouldn’t really be beneficial for me. I was actually more than willing to make the drive, but she was very dismissive and didn’t give me a chance to respond. Unfortunately, it came across as very rude and was a disappointing first impression. I will be going elsewhere.”

“The staff if friendly, they offer financing. I have had 3 appointments on both of my wrists. The process caused discomfort only during the procedure but after care has been fairly easy and healing time about 24 hours for me. All the ladies there have been friendly every time I have visited and they answer all your questions. Quick update: I have not been able to schedule a treatment in a few months. I will say that the few treatments I had they have worked great so far. I hope I can schedule one soon as I have noticed great improvement. (see before and after picture. I think one more treatment on this arm and it should be done and on my other one maybe a couple more. I am very happy with the results.”
