“I was seen today at the St Louis Park location, and it went very smoothly! I was in and out in 10 minutes. The laser tech who worked with me was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease the entire session. They got me scheduled very last minute due to some scheduling issues because I was originally supposed to be seen at a different location, so I was incredibly grateful that they were able to work me in the same day. They also worked with me on certain pricing concerns I had, so absolutely top notch customer service!”

“Their new policy is actually insane. $50 if you cancel within 24 hours?? When people already pay so much for laser removal?? I can see maybe $25. Also you get one courtesy cancel where they won’t charge you. Which is actually unfair because some people need 5 treatments while others need 15+. It is also unsafe because what if someone comes in sick because they don’t want to pay a $50 cancellation fee? And before you think I’m complaining because i constantly cancel or no show, I’ve never canceled or no showed my appointments”

“I called to see if they happen to provide estimates via email since I live about an hour away. I completely understand that many businesses prefer to do estimates in person—I was just asking. Megan answered and told me they do everything in person, which was fine. However, before I could say anything else, she continued explaining that I would probably need multiple sessions (which I’m already aware of) and that it wouldn’t really be beneficial for me. I was actually more than willing to make the drive, but she was very dismissive and didn’t give me a chance to respond. Unfortunately, it came across as very rude and was a disappointing first impression. I will be going elsewhere.”
