Minneapolis/St Paul-St. Louis Park

“Bad customer service via telephone/ policies implemented that weren’t discussed with the customer. Additional fees that occurred without notifying the customer. Would not return for any further treatments at this location.”

“Kristen is the best!!! Not only does she do my removal, but she comes and gets tattooed by me and my coworkers as well. She’s easy to talk to and super friendly. I would recommend Removery in St. louis Park to anyone. Awesome team!!”

“staff is always helpful and extremely careful to be on schedule. Super friendly and they do a great job.”

“Rushed and not consistent. Not a fan of using a different technician each session. Have yet to see progress after 5 sessions.”

“Super awesome customer service. In and out quick. The techs are amazing. Kristen and Melissa - thank you”

“Very nice staff! My tattoo is pretty small, they get me in and out, usually before my appointment even starts which is great. Definitely requires patience which I expected, I have been going for about 1.5 years now.”

“Have had a few sessions already and it’s been great! I’m already seeing progress and the staff are super friendly! They run you through the process and are very informative, making sure you are taken care of. Definitely recommend!”

“Fantastic payment options for those who are serious about starting the process/transformation! Kristen was informative and courteous.”

“My experience with Fallen Ink has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are area experts in what they do, very professional and go out of their way to make your experience a good one. The facility is neat and extremely clean. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“I was seen today at the St Louis Park location, and it went very smoothly! I was in and out in 10 minutes. The laser tech who worked with me was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease the entire session. They got me scheduled very last minute due to some scheduling issues because I was originally supposed to be seen at a different location, so I was incredibly grateful that they were able to work me in the same day. They also worked with me on certain pricing concerns I had, so absolutely top notch customer service!”

“Their new policy is actually insane. $50 if you cancel within 24 hours?? When people already pay so much for laser removal?? I can see maybe $25. Also you get one courtesy cancel where they won’t charge you. Which is actually unfair because some people need 5 treatments while others need 15+. It is also unsafe because what if someone comes in sick because they don’t want to pay a $50 cancellation fee? And before you think I’m complaining because i constantly cancel or no show, I’ve never canceled or no showed my appointments”

“Found this location after doing some google research. Absolutely enjoy the ladies who work here, the environment and energy. They explained the process well and payment options. I recently had my second session and am starting to see a little progress. It is not an overnight thing so as long as you go into the removal understanding that as an expectation you’ll be ok. I highly recommend this location/company.”

“I've been coming to the Removery for a couple of years as they work to remove a stubborn ankle tattoo. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone seeking to have a tattoo removed.”

Also you get one courtesy cancel where they won’t charge you. Which is actually unfair because some people need 5 treatments while others need 15+. They should really do a rolling calendar type thing. And before you think I’m complaining because i constantly cancel or no show, I’ve never canceled or no showed my appointments”

“Very friendly team! They explain every detail on what to expect!”

“I had a great experience here !!! Great personality and great service…”

“The team was excellent! Welcoming, professional, quick, and thorough.”

“The truth is, it's an inexplicable experience. But the staff is very kind and friendly, and they answer all your questions.”

“First session down elevendy seven more to go”

“Love these ladies! So knowledgeable and informative and nice!”
